We are pleased to offer reliable shipping through Royal Mail for all of our orders. 

UK Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): £3.99 

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking your Order:

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. 

  • You can track your order on the Royal Mail website using the tracking number provided.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns process. You can return any unused and unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How to Return an Item:

1. Contact our Customer Service team at info@jissellepineda.com to initiate a return.

2. You will receive a return number and further instructions.

3. Package the item securely and include the return number. 

4. Send the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. 

  • Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

  • We refuse the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the items are not returned in their original condition. 

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the new item you would like in your return request.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. 

Exchanges:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at info@jissellepineda.com for assistance. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
